Many problems may be mitigated if you know about it soon enough. You may have an idea something is off but are not sure what. I have the ability to test many aspects of the wine using my Enolyzer Wine Analyzer, pH meter, and other testing methods and possibly correct imbalances before they become unusable.

From Vineyard to Finished Product
My experience allows me to take you from the vineyard, through harvest. I will train you to care for your wine until it is ready to bottle. I can then walk you through the process of selling your wine in your tasting room and beyond.
I can train you to do some of your own testing such as copper trials for H2S, Photochromotography for Malolactic Fermentation Progress and utilize equipment you have purchased.
Hourly Rate: $75

Testing Procedures Available
- Free SO2 1-3 test $17, 4 or more tests $12
- Total SO2 1-3 tests $17, 4 or more tests $12
- pH $8 each
- Malolactic Fermentation 1-3 tests $17, 4 or more tests $12
- D-Glucose/Fructose 1-3 tests $25, 4 or more tests $20
- Primary Amino Nitrogen (NOPA) 1-3 tests $17, 4 or more tests $15
- Alcohol $20 per test
Labels and Label Applicator
- Label printer setup fee $50
- Label printing depends on partial or full color (between 25 - 50 cents for each label)
- Label applicator is charged at 35 cents per case of 12 bottles
Discounts on lab tests are available if client is paying an hourly rate (whichever is less for client).
